A quote system to allow people to record most important quotes in the server.
What's new
+ command /quotewho which allows to see who sent a quote.
+ Now you see the ID of the quote you just added.
+ Now you receive a message when you delete a quote.
F Quotes now deleted by both console and players.
F Quotes can be one word length without causing crash.
- Codification issues when quotes are sent from Console. If you use non-basic English characters, send quotes from players.
