PrisonVaults v1.1.3 - Changelog
"The Discipline Update" This update focuses on strict control over pet behavior, fixing issues where pets would attack or explode when they shouldn't.
New Features & Logic Overhaul:
-
Strict "Passive Mode" Enforcement:
-
Master Safety Switch: When a pet is set to Passive, it is now strictly harmless. It will never attack, shoot projectiles, or explode, even if provoked.
-
Instant Neutralization: Switching a pet to Passive immediately clears its current target and stops any active anger (e.g., Wardens/Wolves).
-
-
Combat Logic Hierarchy:
-
Pets now follow a strict decision tree: Aggression Mode (Master) -> Combat Style (Attack/Defense) -> Target Mode (PvE/PvP).
-
Defense Mode Fix: Pets in Defense Mode will only attack entities that actively hurt their owner. They will no longer auto-scan for targets.
-
PvP/PvE Safety: Pets in PvE mode will strictly ignore players and other pets, even if commanded to attack.
-
-
Creeper Pet Improvements:
-
Respawn on Detonation: If a Creeper pet explodes (in Aggressive mode), it is now treated as a "death." It will deal damage, remove itself, and automatically respawn after the standard 10-second cooldown.
-
Passive Safety: Creeper pets in Passive mode will no longer detonate or break blocks, even if ignited or provoked.
-
Bug Fixes:
-
Fixed an issue where pets would sometimes continue targeting enemies after switching to Passive.
-
Fixed "Lil Creeper" pets permanently dying after one explosion without respawning.
-
Fixed projectiles (Fireballs/Wither Skulls) sometimes firing even when the pet was set to Passive.
-
Prevented pets from accidentally targeting their own owner in rare edge cases.
