PPE is a simple plugin that allow you to give your ranks extra perks. This plugin allows your players to get potion effects without having the potions. PPE comes with a simple and easy to use menu with a large set of potions. You literally just click. Once you click on the potion effect you want, you click on the Teir you want. Each potion effect has 3 Teirs and a off button. You can set custom times on each potion. The default is 60 seconds. Would you like something added to this potion? Commands
/ppe - opens the effects menu
/ppe <effect> <amount> - Gives you that specific potion effect
/ppe all <amount> - Gives all potions effects at that amount
/ppe off - Turns off all potion effects

OP's have access by default.
- permpots.remove : Allows user to remove all potion effects
- permpots.menu : Allows user to open the PPE menu
