ITC is basicly a server wide /powertool.

• /itc give <player> <ITC name> - Gives user ITC tool
• /itc add <ITC name> <item> <lore> <command> - Adds new ITC tool
• /itc rem <ITC name> - Removes that ITC tool
• /itc list - List all ITC tools
• /itc reload - Reloads ITC
