Recoded and made plugin work in 1.13 snapshot.
- Fixed bug where players could not place in player terminals where there items would either be lost, or their items would duplicate
-Fixed bug where community terminals would exist in two places.
-Added plugin reload command /paper reload
Added permission:
paperstorage.reload - allows admins to reload plugin
