PaperStorage

Note: Version 0.3 has bugs addressed in Version 0.4. Version 0.4 now works in snapshots.

Have you ever been building and find yourself making constant trips to get blocks? Is your inventory always full of junk?

Introducting PaperStorage!Where you can store infinite quantities of blocks to your very own Terminal or to Paper!.

Note if updating from below v0.3 to v0.3+ delete your config.yml as the plugin now has a config.

v0.3+ has added a community terminal, for players to store items together for projects etc(Community terminal title is configurable in config) simply put a sign on top of your multi-block setup that says "ourstorage"(setup is dried_kelp_block on bottom,Blue_concrete in the middle,and Dried_kelp_block on top). In this version you can also attach a hopper to your terminal and feed items into it.(Note items placed in chest on top of hopper will go into the terminal).

v0.3+ Also allows for the storing of xp into paper. Players simply type /paper create experience...and every drop of xp they pick up from there on out will be added to a count on the paper(paper must be in inventory). Players can also set the level amount they recieve per right click of the xp paper, so long as they have a sufficient amount. The command to do so is /paper xp set <levels>.

PaperStorage has a version of the Advanced Energistics ME Terminal for mass storing items all in one place.  The terminal consists of a dried_kelp_block on bottom, a black_concrete block in the middle, and a dried_kelp_block on top, with a sign that says "mystorage". Only one terminal is allowed per player. Right clicking the black concrete will give you access to the mass storage!

By simply typing /paper create <Bukkit Material>, you get an individual piece of paper with that particular material. Every item you pickup of that material, gets stored into that piece of paper.Note: Piece of paper must be in players inventory.

Example: You have a cobblestone paper, there are 3 stacks of cobblestone on the ground. You walk over it, and instead of going into your inventory the cobble goes straight into a count on the paper. You can store Millions! Retrieving the items from the paper is as simple as a right click. Right clicking the paper in your main hand will give you the remaining quantity if its below a stack, or a full stack at a time.

You can also store from your own chests directly into the paper. Just right click the chest with the paper in your main hand (this only works if the chest is yours,more on that later), and all the items of that type get removed from the chest and stored into your paper.

Because PaperStorage can empty chests, Paper storage has its own chest protection implemented. Simply place a sign on your chest that says "lockme" and voila! The chest is protected and players cant extract from your chests with paper or by hand.(Players cant also break your chest or your sign)

Note: PaperStorage does not store items with metadata such as lore and enchantments.

 

Permissions:

paperstorage.lock - allows player to make a lockme sign to protect their chest
paperstorage.create - allows player to create a paper to store items in
paperstorage.admin - allows admins to open locked chests

paperstorage.destroy - allows admins to break locked signs and chests

paperstorage.storage - allows you to create an ME Terminal to mass store items

massstorage.destroy - allows admins to destroy terminals

massstore.view - allows admins to view and modify other players terminals

massstore.commuse - allows player to access and use community terminal.

massstore.commstore - allows player to place hopper on community terminal.

massstore.community - allows player/admin to create community terminals.

paperstorage.reload - allows admins to reload entire plugin

Players can send items from their paper to another players paper or it creates a new paper of that material in the target players inventory

Sharing chests with friends

Configurable messages etc.
