Optimized for the Minecraft Spigot: 1.20.4*
- config file uses '$' instead of '§' for minecraft colour code, '%' is used for placeholders
- code optimizations
- bug fixes
*only tested with Spigot 1.20.4, but 1.8.4 to 1.20.3 should work as well and of course bukkit versions. Please comment if you get errors or run into some problems. The following versions may not be supported: 1.9 to 1.9.3 and 1.13 (supported versions: 1.9.4 and 1.13.1)
