Optimized for the Minecraft-Version: 1.15.2
- you can config if you want the "the chat was cleared by"-message to show up in public chat, just change the boolean in the msgconfig
- /notrash reload to reload the msgconfig.yml without reloading the server, you need to be op
- bug fixes
*only tested with Spigot 1.15.2, but 1.8-1.15.2 should work too and of course bukkit versions (please comment if you get errors)
