In the 2 Player Productions Trailer, Notch did some messing around with the code to make arrows explode on impact. Notched allows you use this feature in your server!
Allow player to use exploding arrows
Player is not limited to max explosion size set in the configuration
You can enable an optional complicated mode in the config. This creates a file named complicated.yml which contains names and numbers. If you set a name "boom" and number of 7, then anyone with the permission node notched.complicated.boom can do size 7 explosions.
Set your arrows to explode to the default size.
Stop your arrows exploding.
Set your arrows to do a custom size explosion.
Reload the configuration and permissions to update.
Set the limit for players without the notched.unlimited permission node. Default to creeper size (4).
Set the default size when saying /notched Cannot be larger than max-size.
Enable complicated mode. See above permissions note, or the created complicated.yml
