v1.3.1 Fixed typo. Doh.
v1.3 Slight rewrites to improve logic and compatibility. Now does not cancel the FoodLevelChange event. Instead it checks if the new food level would be lower then the old one. If it would be, then the food level is set to maximum. Also changed Permission node to 'NoStarve.NoStarve' to conform to standards.
v1.2 Fix for permanently starving players. Permissioned players now have their food bar filled by the plugin every check
v1.1 Added Ops dont starve by default
v1.0 Released on Bukkit, Players with perm 'Raniy.NoStarve' have their FoodLevelChange events cancelled.
