This plugin simply blocks players from building snow and iron golems, unless they are given a permission node (or op).
If a player without permission tries to build a golem, they will be notified that they do not have permission.

Nice plugin! Please make it optional to change the message of when they try to build a golem, or just make it so it creates the structure without the golem actually being spawned. Great plugin though!
