| leveleffect.toggle | Allow use of the /leveleffect toggle command to enable or disable your own level effects. |
| leveleffect.toggle.others | Allow use of the /leveleffect toggle <username> command to enable or disable level effects for another player. |
| leveleffect.globaltoggle | Allow use of the /leveleffect globaltoggle command to enable or disable level effects for all players. |
| leveleffect.receive | Allow players to receive level effects. |
| Override-Receive-Permission | If true, all players will receive level effects. If false, only players with the leveleffect.receive permission will receive level effects. |
| Check-for-Updates | Boolean value that determines whether the plugin will check for updates and send alerts when there is a new version. |
| Level-Effects | This is where you configure what effects are given at each level. See the default configuration to set this section up. |
