Simple Plugin.
Permissions:

This wont allow players to get onto the roof of the nether. If they try to they get teleported back to the default worlds spawnpoint.
If they try to get into the void. They get teleported to the default worlds spawnpoint.
Config (Default) Added in V1.1:

'EscapeNetherMSG': "You're not allowed to go onto the Nether's roof."
# Void Message
'EnterVoidMSG': "You're not allowed to go into the void."
