This was just a proof of concept this isn't getting developed more on.
An easy ipban plugin.
Commands:
/ipban add <Player/Ip> <Reason (Can have spaces)>
/ipban remove <Ip>
/ipban temp <Player/ip> <Time in seconds> <Reason (Can have spaces)>
Permissions:
Ipban.add : Allows user to use the /ipban add command
Ipban.temp : Allows user to use the /ipban temp command
Ipban.remove : Allows user to use the /ipban remove command
