NetherBlacklist - No more of that in the nether!

Description

NetherBlacklist lets you blacklist events in the nether. For an example, you can blacklist ice from being placed in the nether. Everythign is configurable, and you chose. And the update process is simple for NetherBlacklist. When a new feature is requested, or thought of, I will do my best to include it in the plugin.

• Blacklisting of placed objects.
• Blacklisting of broken objects.
