MobVariants

Initial public release.

• Kill announcements will sometimes trigger early (this is in fact a temporary workaround for another bug which caused the message to trigger multiple times).
• Mob attributes are lost on server restart.
• Mini mobs will sometimes appear to age regardless. This is a clientside issue and I am looking into workarounds.
• Not all mob names have been confirmed to work with /spawnvariant.
