Use this plugin give players rewards for referring their friends to the server. MineBuddy allows players to invite new players to the server. Once their buddy joins, the referring player gets rewarded using a command of your choice. It is easy to install and requires minimal configuration.

Mining is always more fun with a buddy.

Installation

Copy the .jar file into your plugins folder to install the plugin. Then restart the server or use a plugin manager to load the plugin.

Commands

The following commands are available for the plugin.

Configuration

The following settings can be changed in the config.yml file.

  • maxInvites - Maximum number of buddies that each player can invite. Invited buddies are removed from this list when they join.
  • rewardTemplate - The reward command to run when the buddy successfully joins the server. The reward command is run immediately if the player is online. Otherwise, it is run the next time they join the server. The "{player}" is replaced by the referring player's name.
