Player now lose one hearth after death.

Player can now gain hearth by killing other player.

Hearth can now be craftet, recipe:

gold_block diamond_block gold_block

diamond_block nether_star diamond_block

gold_block diamond_block gold_block

Hearth (item) can now be obtained by /gethearth
