Libelula Protection Blocks

Fixes:

• S/N: Some code cosmetic issues.

Improvement:

• New permissions based limits: A new section were added in configuration keys: limits: active: false permission: default: 2 So now you can set limits based on player permissions or use the default if players hasn't any pb.active.multiple permission node. Read more about this in configuration page.

• New "delete after X amount of time offline" funcionality: Now you can configure Libelula Protection Block for auto-erase all protection from players who do not join the server from X days ago. A new section were added in configuration keys: clean-old-protections: active: false policy: ALL days: 30

This is a alpha release, a minimum set of testcases were executed. Use it at your own risk.
