Most important changes
- Display is now shown with colored wool
- New highscores are broadcasted (announced to every player on the server)

- 2048 inventories are closed when the plugin is disabled -> prevent stealing of the display items
- The /2048 stats command shows now a limited number of rows (can be configured, default is 10)
