Most important changes

• Display is now shown with colored wool
• New highscores are broadcasted (announced to every player on the server)

Other changes

• Minor fixes with the csv import/export
• Changed plugin.yml to enUs
• 2048 inventories are closed when the plugin is disabled -> prevent stealing of the display items
• The /2048 stats command shows now a limited number of rows (can be configured, default is 10)
