You heard right, folks! I've spent the last month or so whipping up a fancy web interface for you! I'm afraid it's not included in this plugin, however. Due to the amount of effort I put into it, I've decided to offload that feature to a premium companion plugin, which you can get here.

I will not be converting HelpTickets itself to a premium plugin, and you can expect to receive the same level of support as before.
