With this plugin you can set your home, then you can teleport to it with two simple commands!
This plugin allows you to do /sh which sets your current location as your home. After you do /sh you can do /h which teleports you to your home after 5 seconds.
Permissions:
home.sethome - Allows a player to set there home at their current location.
home.teleport - Allows a player to teleport to there home after they set it with /sh.
