Bug Fixes:
- Fixed conflict with Essentials' /recipe command
- Recipes with milk/water/lava buckets (like cake) now return empty buckets to the inventory
Command Changes
- Added /fastcraft toggle [on/off] command to disable/enable fastcraft per player
- Moved /fc reload to /fc admin reload
- Moved /fc update to /fc admin update
Other Improvements:
- Added the ability to craft items by shift clicking
- Added ingredients.yml file to allow for changing the names of ingredients
