Additions

• Craft many items at once by clicking on the anvil in the interface
  
• Config key to control maximum items crafted at once
  
• Config key to control increment when clicked

• Removed help book from interface
  
• Allow FastCraft to start, even if it's potentially incompatible with the current Minecraft version
