What's new

- MYSQL is now required while using this plugin.

- Added hitpoints to a beacon structure.

- config for maturation.

- config for an invulnerability timer.

- Fixed most bugs

Commands:

- /eb_c <type> <tier>: While pointing at a beacon it builds what it should look like

- /eb_r <type> <tier>: While pointing at the beacon it removes the fake blocks.

Beacons already placed are going to need to be replaced.
