Expensive Beacons is DEPENDENT on Citadel. The plugin will not work at all without it.
Expensive Beacon
Expensive Beacons is a plugin that recreates the potion effects of Beacons through the use of multi-block structures and citadel groups.
By reinforcing a beacon on the correct structure you will receive a potion effect. This plugin allows certain towns or players to be able to easily defend an area because the beacon will only give the approved players on the group the potion affect.
Default Beacon Types
Current default beacons are the speed, haste, regen, strength, and megabeacon.
Customization
Beacons shapes will eventually be customizable.

apply_effects: This says how long effects will last on a player. (ticks)
effects_applied: This determines how long the plugin waits to check if a player is within range to give them an effect. (ticks)
save: How long before each save. (ticks)
beacon_speed: Parent for defining speed beacon tiers.
tier_1: Tier 1 of the Speed Beacon.
range: The range that the tier 1 speed beacon checks.
tier_2: Tier 2 of the Speed Beacon.
range: The range that the tier 1 speed beacon checks.
tier_3: Tier 3 of the Speed Beacon.
range: The range that the tier 1 speed beacon checks.
tier_4: Tier 4 of the Speed Beacon.
range: The range that the tier 1 speed beacon checks.
tier_5: Tier 5 of the Speed Beacon.
range: The range that the tier 1 speed beacon checks.

Recommended Plugins
Prison Pearl: Prison Pearl is a plugin that allows players to imprison other players and control them through the use of ender pearls that become Prison Pearls. Combined with Citadel it allows imprisoned players to tell other players the location of their pearl and the possibility of being freed.
CivChat: CivChat is a mod that used citadel groups to have group chats.
JukeAlert: A plugin that creates snitches and helps player's identify grief done by another player.
Citadel: Is a plugin that allows players to protect anything they have with either stone (25 breaks), iron (250 breaks), or Diamond (1800 breaks). This plugin combined with Prison Pearl gives the players a chance to be freed by another player once they are in the end.
Name Layer: A plugin that controls uuids and player names.
Better Associations: is a plugin that associates players. Has built in support for PrisonPearl and provides useful other services for managing player accounts.
