Disclaimer: i do have permission by the mod owner to make this plugin and post it. This plugin makes it so when you go to a sign and do
[xp]
[number of exp levels the sign will take]
[number of tp it will give]
It will turn into a exp converter so when layers right click they lose exp but get tp. This only works on bukkit cauldron 1.7.10 servers that have Dragon Block C mod installed on main.jingames.net. Credit to the plugin goes to me and dball.jingames.net and Spigot API since that was what was used for the plugin.
