Elytra flight plugin (CraftAttack)

Glide like you're wearing an Elytra around spawn – no Elytra needed. Double-tap jump to take off, press F for a single boost. Inspired by the German Minecraft event CraftAttack.

- Already falling? Just press jump once to start gliding
- The upward launch when double-tapping jump is now optional and off by default (can be turned on and adjusted in the menu)
- Jump detection no longer grants players flight permission – smoother take-off and fewer issues with anti-cheat plugins
