REQUIRED NOTICE

DragonAltar is owned by Silverfox0338.

DragonAltar is made available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0:

That license is incorporated here by reference and applies to the source code, compiled plugin, documentation, configuration, and other repository content unless a file says otherwise.

The required notice above is the attribution notice for DragonAltar. Keep it in copies or substantial portions of the main plugin.

DragonAltar is source-available software. The noncommercial restriction means it is not offered as Open Source Initiative approved open-source software.

1. FREE ADD-ON PERMISSION

Silverfox0338 grants permission to create and distribute an independent add-on plugin that connects to DragonAltar through its published public API, subject to all of the following conditions:

1. The add-on and every feature it provides must be available without payment. It may not sell or rent access, require a purchase or subscription, use license keys tied to payment, place commands or content behind a paywall, or offer paid, premium, early-access, or otherwise monetized DragonAltar features.

2. A genuinely voluntary donation is allowed only when it gives no DragonAltar feature, content, access, priority, advantage, or other benefit in return.

3. The add-on’s public project page or README and its distributed archive must display the following notice in a reasonably visible place:

DragonAltar is owned by Silverfox0338. This add-on is independently developed and is not the official DragonAltar plugin.

1. The add-on must use the documented com.dragonaltar.api packages. Permission is not granted to bypass safeguards, expose private administrative activity, manipulate DragonAltar data files directly, or depend on undocumented implementation classes.

2. The add-on may describe itself as compatible with DragonAltar, but it may not imply that Silverfox0338 sponsors, endorses, or maintains it.

3. The add-on may not redistribute the main DragonAltar plugin as part of its own download. Users must obtain DragonAltar from a source authorized by Silverfox0338.

4. No DragonAltar name, logo, or other branding right is granted except for the limited compatibility statement and required attribution above.

This add-on permission covers the minimum copying of API declarations and documentation examples reasonably necessary to build an add-on. It does not replace the main plugin license for copied implementation code.

1. SERVER USE

A server may use DragonAltar and qualifying free add-ons while accepting voluntary donations, provided payment does not unlock, improve, prioritize, or otherwise affect any DragonAltar or DragonAltar add-on feature.

Selling access to DragonAltar features or using them as a paid server benefit requires separate written permission from Silverfox0338.

1. EXCEPTIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

Commercial use, paid features, redistribution arrangements, or other exceptions require prior written permission from Silverfox0338.

If you receive written notice of a violation, your permissions terminate unless you correct the violation within 30 days after receiving notice. Permissions terminate immediately for a repeated violation after correction.

The permissions in this file do not limit rights provided by law without a license.

The software and API are provided “as is,” without warranties or conditions of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverfox0338 will not be liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from the software, an add-on, or their use.
