DigitalClock

• Added shorter '/dc' command alternative for '/digitalclock'
• Now you can use material name instead of it's ID
• Changelog file changelog.txt is now contained in JAR file
• Fixed: Now you can call '/dc reload' from console too

Notice:
When you create your clock, it is stopped. You can run it using command '/dc runclock <clock name>'.
