DeathSwap Core

Added:

- Inventory saving

- Config toggle for inventory saving

- Make the message prefix configurable for all messages

- Format chat messages in lobby

- Define minimum spawn distance apart

- Move all data to a new data.yml so comments stay intact in the config.yml (you need to reset your spawn points)

Fixes/Changes:

- Fix countdown teleportation

- Fix bugs in respawning

- Fix bugs in disconnecting from the server

- Fix inventory serialization to support all items

- Restore players when the plugin disables so players don't lose their inventories

- Changed some API events

- Remove deprecated events and methods from the API

- DeathSwapSwapEvent is now called for every player swap, and contains which players swapped.

- Include a failsafe if the spawn radius is set too small

- Broadcast error messages only to ops and the console

- Grammar fixes

- /ds leave now works properly
