• Update to 1.13.2. The plugin still supports 1.12 and lower as well.
• Added ClockCreateEvent and ClockRemoveEvent for other plugins to use.
• Clocks are now prevented from being destroyed while being edited.
  
• Improved configuration file. The config now also contains per-setting explainations.
• Fixed a bug that caused the same clock to be saved multiple times to save file.

Know errors/bugs:

• On first startup, the plugin might fail loading the default language file. This is 'normal'. Reloading the plugin after that will cause the plugin to normally load the language file, and function properly again. Excuses for any inconvenience this might cause to you
