Chatblind
Summary
Allows you to send an alert to a player who is not paying attention to the chat.
This alert will not only display a message to the player but it will also play a sound to get their attention.
Features
- Send an alert to a specified player (if the sending player has the permission to)
- Receive alerts from other players
- Send alerts to players from the Console
