Fixed bugs:

  • Swear and spam filter doesnt remove the whole word if found smth bad
  • Swear filter couldn't check non-english words written in caps
  • Whitelistintg doesnt work correctly
  • Signs is checking for flood
  • Metrics sends wrong information about Charater filter
  • Only the last filter clears message
  • Some command listening bug
