- New, easy, commented and intuitive configuration file
- Separated count of warnings for every violation(configurable)
- No more using native punishments. Now punish only with commands
- Fully customizable punishment commands for every violation with unlimited reason templates
- New localization file with more customizable messages
- You can disable punishments and warnings at all, just cancel nasty messages and commands

- Removed unnecessary commands(mute, unmute(there is no mute function), unwarn, export, list)

- Multi-level check system. Now ChatGuard can block flood like "LALALA @ LOLOLOL @ LALALAL"
- Message cooldown
- LIST command replaced by INFO command that shows information only about one player
- Information about player's warnings dont stores in yml. Only in RAM and resets after reload/restart
- Collecting metrics about enabled filters
- Supports versions from 1.5.2
New hard mode setting is not ready. Packets listening too.
This time I'm going to fix bugs(if you found) and then complete these functions.
