Whenever the command /cb is run from a command block, it will run a command as a dummy player at the command block

Updated to CraftBukkit 1.8, taking a different approach this time Credit to Avygeil for the solution here, I'm using reflections to add WorldEdit sessions now.

Command flags work properly
- -u <username> creates multiple independent players
- -o x y z offsets positions
(probably) doesn't work with 1.8.3
