Whenever the command /cb is run from a command block, it will run a command as a dummy player at the command block

- Modified -o flag so that it can use absolute or relative locations
New syntax for /cw is /cw [-u username] [-o x y z] <command>
Change your command blocks to use /cw! The /cb has been removed! I know that it's inconvenient to change all your command blocks, but CraftBook has already taken /cb and I'd like to stay compatible with them
