- Adds value signs. If a sign is placed with [VALUE] in the first line, then the value of the object being checked will show up there.
- Updated permissions to reflect new option
- Added price for Acacia leaves
- Enchanted books cannot be priced because there's currently no bukkit API for enchanted books (that I could find)
- Items not yet covered by the Blue Book will be "Priceless"
