-Added commands for enabling/disabling death ban: /deathban [on|off]
-Added permissions node to bypass plugin: deathban.bypass
-Added permissions node to allow use of the /deathban command (given to ops by default): deathban.admin

It is very possible that there are significant bugs in this plugin. I did carry out a limited amount of testing before upload, but I may have missed something. I cannot be held accountable for any issues this plugin causes.
