Adds beer and beer splash potions to your game

Adds beer that gets you drunk to your server!

Adds two new crafting recipes ( see below )

When a player drinks beer they will have the nausua effect for 60 seconds If the beer bomb is thrown it will give all entities it hits nausua for 60 seconds
