Anvils seem to break way to easy and seems very unrealistic. This plugin repairs an anvil when a player attempts to use a very damaged anvil by "repairing" the anvil so it's not damaged.

• Eventually I would like to make it so that it allows more uses on the anvil before it breaks instead of just recreating when it gets "weak" (Waiting on the API to be updated more for anvils)
