Fixed 1, 2 and so on. Now it's just like explained.
I've also fixed up the timings a little, currently running like this. If any of you find any of these timing issues again, please tell me how many signs you've got up, how many players you've got and how active they all are.

Still redstone problems, not planning a fix sooner than the command for creating signs is built.
This is a beta release for 1.7, which means it's only tested for about an hour.
