Advanced Monitoring Signs

Initial release.

Some problems regarding redstone. It seems that if you place a redstone wire from the sign, then down a block to another redstone wire, only the first party will be lit. This is annoying. Also, there is currently no way to set a blocks power in bukkit, so it will only work with redstone wire which is by the sign. The block below, block above (if you manage) and the block above that again, then all directions by one block (except diagonals of course).
