AdvancedSupport

Description:

The AdvancedSupport-Plugin contains two main features.
At first the FastSupport where you can order support and all online supporter will be informed.
and secondly the TicketSystem where you can create, delete and manage your tickets

Instalation:

1. Download the plugin
2. Put it in your plugin folder
3. Reload or reesrt your server
4. Check with /plugins if the plugin is loaded

Commands:

Fast Support

User:

• /support [question] - All supp's will be informed

Ticket System

User:

• /ticket - Lists all commands
• /ticket list - Lists all your tickets
• /ticket create - Create a new ticket
• /ticket remove [ID] - Removes a ticket

Supp's:

• /ticket listopen - Lists all open tickets
• /ticket edit [USER] [ID] (ANSWER) - Handles a ticket

General

Supp's:

• /advancedsupport - Reloads messages and the prefix from the config

Permissions:

• support.user - Access to user commands
• support.mod - Access to supp commands
