This license covers Xray Ultimate for Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft:
Bedrock Edition. That includes every file in the pack (textures, models,
blockstates, block definitions, manifests, icons and documentation) and every
update ("the Pack"). By downloading or using the Pack you agree to these terms.


1. WHAT YOU CAN DO

1.1 Download the Pack from an official page and use it for your own play, in
    single player, on Realms and on servers.

1.2 Make screenshots, videos, streams and other content that shows the Pack,
    and earn money from that content. Credit with a link to an official page
    is appreciated but not required.

1.3 If you run a server or Realm, offer the Pack to your players through the
    game's built-in resource pack download, as long as the Pack is unmodified
    and free for players. This covers the server resource pack prompt on Java
    and world or server resource packs on Bedrock.

1.4 Edit the Pack for your own private use.


2. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION

2.1 Re-upload, mirror or redistribute the Pack or any part of it, on any
    website, download site, Discord server, file host or launcher. Link to an
    official page instead.

2.2 Share or publish edited versions of the Pack, or use parts of it in other
    packs or projects.

2.3 Sell the Pack, charge for access to it, put it behind ad links or link
    shorteners, or include any part of it in a paid product, including
    Minecraft Marketplace content.

2.4 Claim the Pack or any part of it as your own work, or remove this license
    or the credits.


3. OFFICIAL PAGES

The only official download pages are the author's CurseForge pages for the
Java and Bedrock versions. Any other source is unofficial.


4. MINECRAFT CONTENT

Some textures in the Pack are edited versions of textures owned by Mojang AB
and Microsoft. This license only covers the author's own work. Minecraft's End
User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines also apply.

5. SERVER RULES

The Pack changes what you can see in the game, and many servers and Realms
ban x-ray. You are responsible for following the rules wherever you play. The
author is not responsible for bans or any other consequences.


6. NO WARRANTY

The Pack is provided "as is", without any warranty. As far as the law allows,
the author is not liable for any damage or loss that comes from using it.


7. ENDING THIS LICENSE

If you break these terms, your permission to use the Pack ends automatically.

9. CHANGES

New versions of the Pack may come with an updated license. Each version of
the Pack is covered by the license included with it.
