Pause Screen Reverse

Reverts a weird pause screen from v1.21.60 and made it looking like the previous v1.21.50 version.

This is a UI pack that reverts a weird unfinishness from latest stable to a previous stable to make it looks like not-so-broken state.

I've had enough with new version casually breaking things with the UI so this is definitely a patch for that. atleast for now. The requirement is the game version must be v1.21.60 or higher.
