Chromatic Visuals v1.2.0 

This update brings complete overhauls to rayleigh scattering, mie scattering, and horizon blends.

Atmospherics

- Overhauled "horizon blend stops" min, max, start, and mie_start for every biome.

- Overhauled "rayleigh strength" for every biome.

- Overhauled "sun mie strength" for every biome.

- Overhauled "sun glare shape" for every biome.

Fogs

- Adjusted fog color for Cherry Groves, Mesas, Mushroom Islands, Swamps, and Ice Plains files.

Textures

- Changed cloud texture to be the one from before update 1.21.90

- Added 2 secrets to the new cloud texture file. 

This was just another small update to get stuff looking better, I have been working on PBR slowly, but it's not included in this update. The waveless water subpack will be added to the next update as well when the first batch of PBR rolls out. See ya around!
