This update brings a complete overhaul to lighting, color grading, and atmospherics, along with more MER added and PBR added to most blocks with MER.

Atmospherics
- Removed Savanna Atmospherics.
- Overhauled every current atmospherics to be more colorful .

Color Grading
- Reduced Contrast overall.
- Made Saturation more even overall.
- Adjusted Gamma overall.
- Changed Tone Mapping from Hable to Aces.

Lighting
- Reduced Day Illuminance across all biomes.
- Increased Night Illuminance across all biomes.
- Changed Sun Color to be more orange/yellow at sunrise and sunset.
- Changed Moon Color to be more colorful across all biomes, even ones with a custom moon color.
- Added the "Better Sun Angle" Mini-pack to the base pack.

Shadows
- Default shadows changed from blocky to soft.

MER and PBR
- Added PBR to most blocks that have custom MER.
- Added MER to a new set of blocks.

Mini-Packs
- Removed Better Sun Angle pack (it's now included in the base pack, since it would have caused issues otherwise)
- Changed Soft Shadows pack to "Blocky Shadows" (this is because blocky shadows have issues with PBR, so if you want blocky shadows, make sure to download this new Mini-Pack
