Two factor authentication system for multiplayer worlds

changed the following script event commands to seperate /commands:

• /verify:verifystart or /verifystart
• /verify:verifysetpin or /verifysetpin
• /verify:verifysettings or /verifysettings 
• /verify:verifystop or /verifystop

also incase anyone is wondering why /verify:verifystart commad also exists this becuse minecraft bedrock command registry registers that as the command and  the other one is the command alias i connot remove one without the game removing the other 

To Use these command the player must have Host permission level 

it does not require cheats To be Enabled
